They were a group of people of the 1960s culture lifestyle that began in the United States. 

1.) They spoke English. 

2.) They loved music. They liked singing and dancing. 

3.) They wanted PEACE in the world, no WAR. 

They protested against war with flowers in their hair.

Flower power!. 

4.) They were ECO-FRIENDLY. They loved nature, trees and plants. 

5.) They ate HEALTHY FOOD: fruit and vegetables. 

6.) They liked wearing jeans. Women liked bracelets, necklaces and earings. Men had beards and moustaches and long hair. 

7.) They painted cars, buses and vans very colourful. Flower power!.
